Read thoroughly the general FAQ.

In order to help you, we have thought of giving you some answers to the questions you possibly are asking yourself right now. We hope we will be a support for you both, in case you have already booked your holidays and if you have not yet.

If you book directly through our website, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of reservation will be required. If you don’t feel confident using your credit card online (Visa or MasterCard) you can contact us at info@bluemarinebibione.it and pay the deposit by bank transfer until 15 days from the booking’s date.

In case, for serious, unforeseen reasons, you will have to cancel your booking, by giving us written notice, the deposit paid will not be lost if the cancellation is made up to 15 days before arrival. The deposit can be used for a reservation in our facilities during the current season or the following season.
In case of cancellation from 14th day before arrival, the deposit twill be withheld.
In case of late arrival due to any circumstances, the entire booked period must be paid In case of early departure a fee equivalent to the cost of 3-night stay will be charged.

Please be aware that the insurance can be purchased not later than 11:59 pm of the day following the deposit payment.

Rooms are available for check-ins from 03:00 PM and has to be left for check-ounts no later than 10:00 AM.

The Residence Blue Marine is 700 mt far from the beach and 800 mt far from Bibione’s city centre.

Bicycles are free to use based on availability, it is not possible to book them in advance. Even child seats and helmets are for free.

Yes, each apartment has a numbered parking place either covered or uncovered.

Cots, booster seats, bed rails, toilet reducers, and baby bath tubs are available upon request and without extra charge.

The price includes bed linen and towels changed every 3 days, beach service (1 umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deck chair), use of the swimming pool and a parking space. Cleaning of the kitchenette is not included.

It is possible to book the breakfast service by contacting the hotel in advance.

Upon request we can serve gluten and lactose free products, paying particular attention to the needs of guests with food allergies.

A free municipal Bus Shuttle Beach service is available every 30 minutes every day from 08.30 AM to 07.30 PM allowing you to reach the nearest beach.

Yes, the structure and TWO SURF rooms are easily accessible to guests with disabilities, the common areas are located on the ground floor and the upper floors are accessible by lift.

The animation service is available on the beach every day except Saturday. In the evening, the entertainment continues at the Sporting Bar (500 meters away from the Blue Marine) with games, baby dance, shows and parties.

We accept small dogs and cats (max 10 kg and max 1 animal per apartment). A supplement of € 15.00 per night is applied.

The Hotel has a free wi-fi connection throughout the hotel and inside the rooms upon access via login. The password is always communicated at check in.
