In Bibione’s enchanting pine woods and lagoon, there are flourishing areas of greenery where protected species of flora and fauna live. Paths that both adults and children can cycle or walk down easily wind their way through the pine woods. A breathtaking cycle path runs from the westernmost point of Bibione to the mouth of the Tagliamento River, where the famous lighthouse stands.
Boat trips can be organized in the lagoon between Bibione and Caorle, allowing tourists to discover the marvels of the natural environment and local traditions as they visit places such as the old fishermen’s homes known as “Casoni”.
